The service was top-tier, especially from the guys at the pool who were always on it, bringing us cold drinks and making my son feel safe while he splashed around. We also relished the delicious buffet breakfast every morning, a real spread that kept us full well into the afternoon.

It was a bit pricey but definitely worth it for the experiences we had.

The breakfast choices were amazing, offering everything from local specialties to international dishes. The staff were super attentive, especially during cocktail hour, making sure we felt welcomed. The adult pool area had great service and fresh fruit.

The exclusive adult-only pool was a serene escape. I also loved the daily afternoon tea with delicious canapés! Not to forget the scenic views from our balcony and the lush greenery around the hotel. The complimentary cocktails at the lounge were the cherry on top!

Our check-out experience was a bit frustrating. We waited a long time for customer service to answer the phone. When we needed help with luggage, the response wasn't as helpful as we hoped.

I really enjoyed the short stroll to the bustling Ferringhi Night Walk Bazaar, just under a mile away, and the stunning beach with its chill vibe made for a relaxing afternoon under the trees. the staff were also incredibly friendly throughout my stay, which made exploring the lovely hotel grounds an absolute delight.

We had an amazing time joining the workout classes in the pool and enjoying the beautiful grounds filled with wildlife. The kids loved the staff-run activities throughout the day, and we really appreciated the spacious Deluxe Double Room with a stunning sea view. Plus, we were delighted that they are pet-friendly!

In my wife’s opinion, a more secure balcony setup would be beneficial to prevent any curious critters from sneaking in.

Just a reliable pick for a short weekend trip in Batu Ferringhi with good price value. The staff were attentive and immediately addressed a slip hazard in the dining area, showing great care. Check out local night markets for a different experience.
